Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at O’Brien Group Arena, 105 Pearl River Road, Docklands, VIC 3008 on TUESDAY 19 January, 2016 at 7.30 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. To receive the reports of the Office Bearers and the financial statement for the year 2. To elect the Ordinary Members of The Committee.
An eligible member of the Association may submit their nomination in writing, signed by two members of the Association and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate (which may be endorsed on the form of nomination template); and delivered to the Secretary of the Association not less than 7 days before the date fixed for the holding of the AGM.
